This plug fits into the bottom of all the PLUS series monitors it is used to measure your heart rate wirelessly, you will also need to have a POLAR CHEST STRAP in order for it to work. The standard plug that came on the Pro Plus had a hole in it for you to plug an ear clip to measure your heart rate. This plug along with a chest strap will make your measurement of your heart rate wireless.
