Chad runs a very professional set up. Layout of. Website is easy to use. But I needed a little extra help getting through the directions as I am blind. Chad was most accommodating and filled in any gaps that weren’t already in his very detailed and easy to follow instructions. All parts were as advertised and packed very securely. I did a complete overhaul based on his problem-solving tips on the website. Machine is just like brand new and I am looking forward to having injury, free workouts, moving forward.
Second time I have had to get small parts plus now the overhaul kit. So nice to know there is a company I can count on to get parts for a machine that is no longer manufactured.

Complete overhaul kit. If you want your wood style skier to run as good as the day it was new you should purchase this kit, it includes: New Driverollers, Dragstrap, Endrollers, A/E bearing, A/E Leather Pad and an Arm Cord. Achiever, Medalist and Elite skiers will receive all parts included in overhaul kit with a substitution for a round leather pad, a dragstrap with two triangle clips and the correct dragstrap spring for the 30 LBS tension indicator.
This kit includes the 4 end roller style or the 8 endroller style. Please specify upon ordering how many endrollers you have. Please specify which model you have and how many endrollers your skier has. If your skier came with 4 endrollers and you are experiencing a loud clanking or clunking noise you can convert your skier to use the 8 endroller style by simply adding spacers to the outside of the double 8 endrollers. If you would like to remove the clanking sound please choose in the drop down menu 8 endroller with spacers.
If your NordicTrack skier is slipping in the back stroke then these rollers are what you need to repair your ski machine.
Replacing the driverollers is very easy. Just make sure you install the replacement rollers so they both spin freely forward and lock in the back stroke.
The driverollers we sell are manufactured from the original company who supplied them to NordicTrack in the 80's and 90's. In fact, we own the original mold and these are only produced for NordicParts.com.
The build date sticker is located under the front frame. The year is not required to order it is used only for statistical purposes.
The skiers manufactured in the 70's up until the late 80's had two glued on leather A/E pads if you have this type of skier you will need to get two metal clips to update the leather pad there is a charge of $15.00 for the metal clips. Achievers, Medalists and Elites did not use clips so if you have one a Achiever, Medalist or Elite please do not add clips.

Bill KFeb 17, 2023, 11:28Received my overhaul kit for my 1993 NordicTrack Pro today. Was delivered in perfect condition, way ahead of schedule. My Pro works better than new. Do not hesitate to change out endrollers to 8 roller design. Very quiet. Easy to follow comprehensive instructions. I do recommend changing endrollers while you have sideboards off changing drive rollers.

Jack McCaffreyJan 7, 2022, 15:24The parts all seem to be high quality. Converting the old 4 end rollers to 8 new end rollers, as Chad recommended, made my Pro work more smoothly and quietly. Chad's instructions were easy to follow. The machine is now better than when it was new.
Chad shipped the items very quickly. They got bogged down for a week, but shipping was pretty quick for these plague times. -

The owner of this company, Chad, was very helpful in helping me verify I was ordering the write items. I hope to work out on my NordicTrack for years to come.
