Located under the arm exerciser drum. Pad should be placed in a plastic bag with 3inOne oil for 24 hours before installing. This pad fits only the Achiever, Medalist, Elite, and Club models and it was also used on some NordicSport models. The shiny side should be placed up. You should lubricate the pad with 3in1 oil every three months.
