The only lubrication that should be used on your NordicTrack is 3inOne Oil. Lube the wheels that spin freely at the front and back of the skier, lube the leather pad that sits under the arm cord drum, lube the bearing that sits on top of the arm cord drum. DO NOT LUBRICATE THE DRIVEROLLERS.
